The purchase was made within the last 10 days.
The goods are in their original packaging and condition.
Within this 10-day window, we offer exchanges or refunds. To initiate a return, kindly email us at universitytrendz1991@gmail.com with the subject line "Return for Order Id" and attach relevant images. We will then coordinate the return pickup.
Please be aware that as per our policy, a return cost of Rs. 50 will be charged. We reserve the right to decline returns for any merchandise that does not meet the aforementioned conditions at our discretion.
Condition for Refunds
Once your return is received we will send an email to notify you that your item has been successfully returned and status will be informed to you about approval and rejection. In case of approval, your refund will get initiated within the original payment method and it will reflect in your account within 3-5 business days.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Order Cancellation Rights
You can cancel your order within 12 hours, after which the order will not be canceled, so the order cancellation deadline is 12 hours after your order time. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement in email. You can inform us of your decision by email at universitytrendz1991@gmail.com. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Returning Goods
For returning the product kindly sent an email to universitytrendz1991@gmail.com, we will arrange the return pickup for the particular order from the originally delivered address only, by providing a return label to you on your email id.
Note- A refund will only be issued after inspection from our end.
